Wednesday 18 September: Held in Sydney, at the Rydges World Square; this half day program will gather a National representative group of leaders at a Department and Health Service level, from Executive to Costing level. Who will then look at the current National Costing System to identify challenges in existing processes and how to improve them moving forward.

Key areas covered in this inaugural session will include;

  • How do we gather the best data to achieve national pricing
  • What's going well and what isn't
  • Who's doing it best and how to we replicate that
  • Addressing opportunities for change
  • Agree on strategies to address problem areas
  • Action list and accountability
